Website Design & Digital Experience
Your website is often the first impression someone gets. We design and build sites that convert, engage, and stay true to your brand, on WordPress, Shopify, or as a fully custom web app.
What goes into great website design & digital experience

Website Design
Design built around what converts and what reflects your brand.
WordPress Builds
Flexible, manageable sites on a platform your team can run.
Shopify Development
Ecommerce stores built to sell, optimised for conversion from day one.
Custom Web Apps
Fully bespoke builds when an off-the-shelf platform won't cut it.
Website Revamps
Refresh and improve an existing site without starting from scratch.
UX Design
Layouts and journeys designed around how people really use your site.
Platform Consulting
We'll recommend the right platform for your goals before you commit.
Responsive Design
Sites that work properly on every screen, phone to desktop.

Beautiful is the bare minimum
A good-looking website is easy to find. A website that looks great and converts is rarer than it should be.
Our Website Design & Digital Experience process
Understand the goal
Before we talk design or platforms, we get clear on what the site is really for. More sales? More leads? Easier to manage? The whole project hangs off getting this right.
Recommend the platform
WordPress, Shopify, or a custom web app, the right answer depends on your goals, your team, and how you'll manage the site day-to-day. We recommend what fits, and explain why.
Agree the design approach
We map out the design direction, the structure, and the user journeys before any building starts. You sign off on the approach, so there are no surprises later.
Build it properly
Then we build, with conversion and user experience built in from the start. We prioritise quality, so timelines flex to the requirements. Most projects run from a month upwards depending on scope.
Still have questions?
Let's clear them up.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on scope, complexity, and platform. A straightforward WordPress site costs a lot less than an ecommerce website or fully custom web app with bespoke functionality. We'll give you a clear quote once we understand what you need, with no padding and no surprises.
How long does it take to build a website?
Anywhere from four weeks onwards, depending on your requirements. A focused redesign moves faster than a large custom build with lots of functionality. We prioritise quality over speed, so the timeline reflects the work the project needs.
Should I use WordPress, Shopify, or a custom build?
It comes down to your goals, your budget, and how you'll manage the site. WordPress is flexible and easy for your team to update. Shopify is the natural choice if you're selling online. A custom web app makes sense when you need bespoke functionality a template can't deliver. We'll recommend the right one for you, and explain why.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. If your current site is dated, slow, or not converting, we can revamp it rather than starting from scratch. We'll assess what's worth keeping, what needs rebuilding, and improve from there.
Will my website work on mobile?
Always. Every site we build is responsive, so it works properly across phones, tablets, and desktops. Given most traffic is now mobile, we often design for the smaller screen first.
Do you write the website content?
We can. Copywriting is part of what we offer, and good copy is a big part of whether a site converts. If you'd rather write it yourself, we'll guide you on what each page needs and how to structure it.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
Yes, we can handle hosting, updates, and ongoing maintenance, or hand it over to your team if you'd prefer to manage it yourselves. We'll set it up either way.
What makes a website convert?
Clear structure, fast load times, an obvious next step on every page, and copy that speaks to what your visitor wants. We design with conversion and user experience at the centre, then test and refine, because a good-looking site that doesn't convert isn't doing its job.
